What's the difference between remanufactured and compatible cartridges?
Both are high-quality, lower-cost alternatives to brand-name (OEM) cartridges, and both work the same way in your printer. The difference is how they're made.
Remanufactured cartridges are genuine name-brand cartridges that have been professionally cleaned, refilled, and restored to working condition, then tested before resale. Ours are sourced from U.S. remanufacturers and every remanufactured cartridge is tested for quality.
Compatible cartridges are newly built cartridges designed to work in place of a specific brand-name cartridge. We source our compatible cartridges only from the largest suppliers that maintain warehouses in the United States, so you get consistent quality and fast shipping.
Are your cartridges safe for my printer?
Yes. Our cartridges are made to meet the specifications of the printers they're designed for, and they use up-to-date chip technology so your printer recognizes them and reports ink or toner levels correctly.
One thing worth knowing: some printer manufacturers send out automatic firmware updates that can stop a printer from recognizing any cartridge that isn't their own brand.
