How do I track my order?
You can track your order online using your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Visit our order tracking page to see the latest status. If you need a hand, email our support team below.
I can't find my cartridge
We're happy to help you find the right cartridge for your printer. Call us at 818-993-7802, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, or email us using the form below and we'll track it down for you.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders ship the same business day. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You can check your order status anytime on our order tracking page.
I didn't get my order confirmation email
Your confirmation is emailed automatically after you check out. If you reached the "Thank You" page and received an order number, your order went through and is being processed. If you don't see the confirmation, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Still missing? Email us below or call 818-993-7802 and we'll resend it. Adding Support@needink.com to your contacts helps make sure our emails reach you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Every cartridge comes with a 180-day warranty. If you receive a defective product, we'll replace it with a brand-new cartridge within 180 days of purchase. If you'd prefer a refund instead of a replacement, you can return the product within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending anything back. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
I ordered the wrong cartridges
No problem. Email us below and include the exact model of your printer, taken directly from the printer itself, so we can help you find the correct cartridges. To return the incorrect ones, contact us first for an RMA number. Only unopened cartridges in their original packaging are eligible for return.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Every return or exchange starts with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Email our support team and we'll walk you through any quick troubleshooting, then issue your RMA and return instructions. Please don't ship anything back without an RMA, as packages received without one can't be processed.

Please include a copy of your invoice, or a note with your RMA number, and make sure the product was purchased from needink.com. We occasionally receive cartridges that weren't bought from us; those can't be credited or refunded and are sent to be recycled.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned product, refunds are issued within a few business days after inspection. Refunds go back to the original payment method used on your order. After we issue the refund, it may take a couple of days to appear on your statement, so if you don't see it right away, your bank can confirm it's on the way.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We ship quickly and have several carrier pickups throughout the day, so once an order has left our warehouse it can't be recalled. If it has already shipped, simply receive the package and follow our Return & Exchange Policy to return it.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email our support team. We'll send you an affidavit to complete, and once we receive it we'll reship your order and open an investigation with the carrier.
