Can I return or exchange products after one year?

We feel that one year is a reasonable time for our customers to return or exchange the cartridges if they’ve encountered any problems or if they are not 100% satisfied. However, due to the nature of the product and other factors that may affect the cartridge such as storage or room temperature, etc... We are unable to honor any exchanges or refunds after the one year warranty has expired. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

I have purchased bundle deals and I may not be able to use all within the 1-Year Guarantee period.

We understand that some customers may prefer to order package deals for greater savings, however we recommend that customers purchase the amount of ink that they can use within one year so they can return or exchange the products within the 1-Year warranty period if necessary. We can assure you that you will always be able to find amazing deals and incredible savings throughout the year on our website.

Obtaining Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

In order to return your order, exchange it or obtain a refund you must receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from one of our associates. Please refrain from sending orders without RMA.
You can contact our associates during our business hours to obtain your return merchandise authorization (RMA). Orders returned without an RMA will not be processed.

Returning Defective Cartridges

In some rare instances, you may encounter a defective cartridge. Not to worry! Since we offer 100% guarantee on every single cartridge and toner that leaves our warehouse, we will replace them for you or issue a refund. Here are the simple steps you need to follow when returning a defective cartridge:
1- Contact our Customer Support to trouble shoot the cartridge if necessary to make sure that it is in fact defective.
2- Obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
3- Ship the defective cartridge(s) to the address below:

Once we receive the defective product, they will be inspected and we will send a replacement or issue refund accordingly.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Please make sure your products were ordered from as we have had customers return cartridges and toners that did not belong to us.

Unopened Cartridges / Non-Defective

Customers can also return unopened, non-defective cartridges for exchange or refund. The current guidelines for returns on unopened cartridges and toners are as follow:

- The unopened / non-defective product must be in the original packaging they were sent in and must still be in sellable condition. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange.
- The shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund
- For orders that receive free shipping, full purchase price of the product will be refunded minus $4.95 shipping cost.

Please make sure your products were ordered from as we have had customers return cartridges and toners that did not belong to us.

Restocking fee

We do not charge any restocking fee, however please note that the shipping charges for returns or exchanges are not refundable.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please do it as soon as possible and before the order has left our warehouse. We have several pick-ups during the day, once the package has left the warehouse it cannot be called back. You will have to receive the package and follow our return/exchange policy. The shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

Reasons you might need to exchange your ink cartridge or toner:

- You may have recently changed your printer
- Your printer may have broken
- You may have ordered the wrong cartridge for your printer

No matter the case, you can exchange your cartridges and toners by using the following steps:

1 - your cartridges must be in new condition. This means the cartridges are unopened and in the original box in which they were shipped. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are unable to accept this product for an exchange.

2 - call in to our customer service department to let them know you need an exchange. They will be able to set up your new order and send it out immediately. They will also provide you with a return authorization (RMA) for the unopened cartridges or toners.

3 - return the package to:

Once the package is received, you will receive your refund or exchange minus the shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

The initial $4.95 shipping fee or the actual shipping cost is non-refundable. This applies to all orders, even those that initially qualify for free shipping.

Shipping to Non-Contiguous States

We currently charge a flat fee of $19.95 for orders shipped to Non-Contiguous U.S. These states include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, APO and FPO.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

For lost or damaged packages we require our customers to fill out an Affidavit for lost or damaged parcels. Upon completing the affidavit, we will reship the package and open an investigation with the post office.

Refund Policy

In order to refund you for your purchase we must first receive the original package that was sent to you. The customer is ultimately responsible for the package. If we do not receive the package we will be unable to refund your order. We do not hold any responsibility for lost returned packages.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used when the order was originally placed. That is, if you used a credit card the credit will be returned on that same card.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are issued 2-3 business days after we have received your products.

Please note: After the refund has been issued by our office, it may take a couple of days for customers to be able to see it on their credit card statements. Customers may contact their bank to verify the refund.

We ask you that if you are returning your product please ensure that this product was purchased through At times we do receive return orders that were processed through other companies in which case these cartridges and toners are sent to be recycled and the customer will not receive credit or a refund on their order.

Any orders received after the 1-year guarantee threshold will not be qualified for any type of replacement or refund.
