We ship from California and from partner warehouses located throughout the United States. This lets us get your order on its way quickly and keep delivery times short no matter where you are.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after they ship. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday; orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to non-contiguous locations ship for a flat rate of $39.95. This covers Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders
At this time we ship within the United States only. We are unable to process international orders, including orders to Canada.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail. The method used depends on the size and weight of your order and where it's going.
