We are strictly taking the industry-wide OEM pricing and listing it on our site. The amount under 'You Save' is the difference between the price that we are selling the particular product at and the industry-wide OEM pricing for that particular product. That being said the savings amount listed on our site may be different than if you compare it to actual retail pricing in your area. You may want to research pricing on other e-commerce or local retailers to realize the greatest savings for your particular need.
Shipping Information
Customers of NeedInk.com receive their orders within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is shipped. We make our best effort to ship all orders on the same day that are placed before 12pm PST. We utilize USPS and UPS ground shipping to fulfill orders.
As previously stated, we do not work on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays and therefore will not ship out orders on these days.

All orders with a subtotal of $49.00 or below will be charged a standard $4.95 shipping and handling charge.
All orders with a subtotal greater than $49.00 ($49.01+) will receive Free Shipping.
