Free Shipping Option
We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 shipped to the contiguous U.S.
For orders under $49.00 shipped to the contiguous U.S. there will be a flat shipping charge of $4.95
Please note that your free shipping is applicable on your grand total that exceeds $49.00 after the promo codes and discount is applied, and before tax is calculated.
Shipping to Non-Contiguous States
We currently charge a flat fee of $19.95 for orders shipped to Non-Contiguous U.S. These states include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, APO and FPO.
International Orders
We do not process any international orders or orders to Canada. We accept U.S. orders only.
Shipping Methods Used:
We use various carriers including UPS Ground Shipping, US Priority Mail and US First Class Mail. Your shipping method will depend on the order amount and the weight of your package.
How long before I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped from our offices in Burbank, California. West Coast orders usually take 1-3 business days for delivery while orders shipped to the East Coast normally take 3-7 business days to be delivered.
Our shipping schedule is Monday through Friday and no orders are shipped on holidays or weekends.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders that are placed on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
You order confirmation and tracking information:
An email confirmation is automatically sent to you when you complete your order. This email is sent to the email address you provided when placing your order and it will include your order details and tracking information. Please be sure to add “Support@Needink.com” to your address book to ensure the receipt of your confirmation and tracking.
