We offer multiple payment options for customers to place their order with us.

You may place your order using your PayPal account.
Personal checks:
You may pay for your order by using a personal check. Please keep in mind that you need to allow up to 10 business days for check orders to be processed.
You can follow the simple steps below to pay by check:
- 1. Provide a list of the cartridges including product name and cartridge numbers.
- 2. If your order is less than $49, add $4.95 for shipping.
- 3. If your order is over $49, you get free shipping.
- 4. For California orders, please add a 9% sales tax. There's no tax on orders outside the state of California.
- 5. Calculate your total and make your check payable to Needink.com.
- 6. Other important information that must be included are: first name, last name, shipping address, email address and your telephone number (we will only use your email or telephone number in case we have a question on your order).
- 7. Lastly we ask that you write legibly so we can process your order in a timely fashion and avoid any mistakes.

Money Orders:
Please follow the same steps as paying by personal check. The advantage of using a Money Order is that your order will be processed on the same day that the Money Order is received.
Purchase Orders:
We currently accept purchase orders only from Schools, Non-profit Organizations and Government Agencies.
